Our Bird Feeder
We have found that for the best variety of birds we need to
of-course provide a variety of feed and feeding locations.
We use a combination of millet, thistle, sunflower, black sunflower, hulled
sunflower, misc. nuts and some times berries and/or fruit.
We also keep a bell of mixed seed and one of black sunflower, plus a suet cake
{not the dry kind}.
This fairly simple "screen" allows us to observe or photograph birds
while they feed.
It has two locations, one high and one low, for different angles, and because my
wife and I are different heights.
